Meet Matt, a proud resident of the vibrant neighborhood of the San Marco walkable community in Jacksonville yet has a passion for serving all the residents in North Florida. He is not only a dedicated insurance agent but also a graduate of the University of North Florida.

With a passion for serving his community, Matt has been a State Farm agent since 1981, following in the footsteps of his family's legacy. Matt takes your risk management seriously as he wants to help you manage the risks of everyday life. He markets auto, homeowners, personal liability policies, life, and many other products.

As a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Matt actively contributes to the growth and development of his city and is currently serving his fifth term on the Jacksonville City Council.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt values his family and cherishes quality time with them. He finds joy in simple pleasures like taking leisurely walks, indulging in the art of fly fishing, and diving into captivating books. Furthermore, Matt is an avid supporter of the arts and served on the Theatre Jax Board.

His genuine dedication to community service has been acknowledged throughout the community. Additionally, Matt was appointed to the Florida Commission on Ethics by then Rick Scott, where he acted as chairman.

With his deep-rooted connection to San Marco and the Jacksonville community, Matt's personal journey is both inspiring and captivating.
